Revised Salaries As Per The Prime Ministers Remuneration And Privilege Amendment Bill 2016

The Prime Ministers Remuneration and Privilege Amendment Bill 2016 has revised the salaries of various high-ranking officials in Bangladesh, including the Prime Minister, President, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and Members of Parliament.

According to the bill, the Prime Minister's monthly salary has been increased to Tk 115,000, while the President's salary will now be Tk 120,000. Ministers will receive a monthly salary of Tk 105,000, Deputy Ministers Tk 86,500, and Members of Parliament Tk 75,000.

These salary increases are part of a broader effort to enhance the remuneration and benefits of government officials in Bangladesh.
